Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY:

Our flat rate postage service costs £3.95 for any parcel of any size. Next day delivery is £6.95.

We aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of order (Monday – Friday), arriving with you within 3-5 working days.

For international delivery charges, please contact us for delivery charges, before placing an order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

We want to make sure you are happy with your products and will work with you to solve any problems that may arise along the way.

All products are entitled to be fully refunded or exchanged on unworn items. All refunds will be via payment method used. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable if purchased online.

If any items are damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. Please inform us via email of any damage immediately upon delivery. You must notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date for any damage claims to be considered valid. We reserve the right to deny any damage claims after this three day window, but we will consider all claims on a case-by-case basis.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will contact you (the customer) directly and if the product is deemed unsatisfactory then we will seek to replace the product or if in the case of complete dissatisfaction – a full refund together with return postage will be returned to the customer concerned.

DAMAGED GOODS:

If you receive any damaged goods, we require a photo of the product in the packaging, so we can make a claim for the damage and send you a replacement.
