Blast Skates - Skateboard Decks & Clothing
Blast Skates is a new, up and coming, core UK made skate brand that has taken the UK skate scene by storm.
Founded by London local, Matthew Bromley, with the emphasis of producing skateboards and apparel within the UK featuring UK artists such as James Jarvis. Artist collaborations include the Blast Skates Gnarzone range with Zach Taylor. And the Ben Broyd signature range with artwork by Jack Sacks.
Though they are most famous for their black and yellow logo and unique deck shapes and logo T-shirts, their collaboration rangers are always popular. Such as the Paupaupau mushroom mascot t-shirt. Blast Skates also sell hardware and accessories, including the zippy puppies skateboard bearings, logo skateboard trucks, and trippy puppies 54mm wheels. As well as wax, air fresheners, socks and stickers.
Although they are not a dedicated bearing or wheel company the zippy puppies bearings and trippy puppies wheels stand up well against the competition as well as look great on your set-up.
The current team including Amanda Perez, Ben Broyd, Ben Koppl, Callum McRobbie, Jake Snelling and Nasir Roumou all have their own signature Blast skateboard. As well as skate clothing and accessories featuring the artwork. We love the Nasir Roumou signature wax blox and pint glass, the Blast Skates Ben Broyd corduroy cap, and the crazy Jake Snelling aggression session signature skateboard deck.
Blast Skates have unique and varied deck shapes as well as their signature yellow-stained skateboard decks featuring the mascot logo. The deck shapes are pretty out there. But these are real skateboards designed by pro skaters.
